We're thrilled to announce the launch of the Hype Studies Zenodo archive - your new go-to resource for presentations, workshop slides, and other materials from across our growing community. AI tools may not be able to cite them correctly for you, but Zenodo can - and we managed to get DOIs for all these works. This public collection showcases highlights from our recent Hype Studies conference, as well as three conference panels (and counting!) exploring hype and its impact on our world.
As an emergent, transdisciplinary network, Hype Studies brings together researchers, designers, and practitioners investigating how hype shapes markets, politics, media, and everyday life. We believe that making our work open and accessible supports deeper understanding and creative intervention in the politics of hype. Browse, cite, and share our resources - join us in exploring the forces that compose and direct our shared futures. If your work is not featured there and you wish it to be, do get in touch with our team.
